Educate your tenants

The most important factor in the success of your Pickup Pod is user education. To help you educate your tenants about the Pickup Pod, we've created a series of email templates.

We recommend the following communications plan:

  1. A week before your Pickup Pod is installed, send your tenants the Our new food delivery amenity is coming soon email template. This email tells your tenants that the pod is coming, and explains what it is and how to use it.
  2. After your Pickup Pod is installed, send your tenants the Our new food delivery amenity is now available email template. This email tells your tenants where the pod is located, explains (again) what it is and how to use it, and tells them how to sign up for Secure Pickup.
  3. Every time you onboard a new tenant, send them the Food delivery reminder for multifamily properties or the Food delivery reminder for office buildings, depending on your property type.
