The pickup window is four hours.
The pickup window is four hours after delivery. After the pickup window closes, the pickup is considered to have expired.
As a Pickup Pod admin, you will receive an email notification if your pod contains any pickups that expired the day before. If you receive such a notification, please clear the expired pickups as soon as possible by opening the cubbies and removing any food you find inside. The notification will explain how to do this.
NOTE: A user can still pick up an order after the pickup window has closed, provided the order hasn't already been discarded by an admin.
IMPORTANT: Do not leave expired food in your Pickup Pod! The Pickup Pod is not temperature controlled, so expired food will eventually begin to smell and may attract fruit flies.
