How to remove an expired order

How to remove an order that wasn't picked up in time

To remove an order that wasn't picked up in time:

  1. Go to the Takeout App (
  2. Log in to your account.
    1. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one. To learn how, see the article "How to create an Admin account."
  3. The pod location will be shown in the pod location indicator in the upper left corner of the screen. If the location shown is not correct:
    1. tap on the pod location indicator
    2. select the correct pod location from the dropdown list
    3. tap DONE
  4. Tap on the red cubby that contains the expired order.
  6. Remove the order from the cubby and close the door.
  7. Tap DONE.
