Dear tenant,
If you have food delivered, please instruct the delivery person to deliver your order to the Pickup Pod. The Pickup Pod is a smart food locker that keeps your food fresher and secure until you’re ready to pick it up. It accepts food deliveries from any source.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The Pickup Pod is located [INSERT LOCATION HERE].
- To help your delivery person find the Pickup Pod, update the delivery instructions in your delivery app to say, “Deliver to the food locker located [INSERT LOCATION HERE].”
- If your delivery person contacts you, ask them to deliver your order to the food locker and tell them how to find it.
- To pick up your order, scan the QR code on the Pickup Pod or use the touchscreen.
