## Use this email template to notify your tenants that the Minnow Pod is coming soon. Just paste the following text into an email and send it to your tenants.

Our new food delivery amenity is coming soon!

**Paste the following text into the email body:**

Dear tenant,

We’re pleased to announce that a new food delivery amenity will soon be available in the lobby. It’s a smart food locker called the Minnow Pod that can accept deliveries from any food delivery app or restaurant. For the security and convenience of everyone in the building, all food deliveries should go to the Minnow Pod.

We'll notify you when the Minnow Pod is ready to use.

Let us know if you have any questions.

**IMPORTANT FOOD SAFETY NOTICE:**

The Minnow Pod is insulated to help maintain food freshness, but it is not refrigerated or heated. To prevent foodborne illness, the CDC recommends that food be consumed within one to two hours of preparation.
