To deliver food to a Pickup Pod:
● Scan the QR Code with your smartphone or use the Kiosk
● Tap on “Drop off”
● Follow the instructions on the screen
● Notify the recipient that their food has been delivered
Anyone can deliver food to a Pickup Pod—any food delivery service, restaurant, or catering company—even a friend or family member. No training or mobile app is required.
To pick up food from your Pickup Pod:
● Scan the QR Code with your smartphone or use the Kiosk
● Tap on “Pick up”
● Follow the instructions on the screen
● Don't forget to close the door!
