# Email template: food delivery reminder for multifamily properties

## Use this email template to remind your residents how food delivery to the property works. Just paste the following text into an email and insert the pod's location and signup link \[in brackets\]. Please contact support@minnowpod.com for the link.

Dear resident,

If you have food delivered to the building, please tell the delivery person to deliver your food to the Minnow Pod in the lobby. The Minnow Pod is a smart food locker that can accept deliveries from any food delivery app or restaurant. For the safety and convenience of everyone in the building, all food deliveries should go to the Minnow Pod.

The Minnow Pod is located **\[INSERT POD LOCATION HERE\]**.

IMPORTANT: Please make your delivery person's job easier by logging in to your food delivery app, going to your profile, and pasting this text into the "delivery instructions" field:
