Do I have an X-Series or Q-Series Pod?

If you're unsure which Minnow Pod model you have at your location, review the guide below:

 X-Series Minnow Pod 

 You likely have an X-Series pod if: 

  • Your pod has 8 usable cubbies. 

  • When the cubby doors are open, they will light up.
  •  If the touchscreen is embedded directly into Cubby 4, it is displayed in vertical (portrait) orientation, or it may come on a separate kiosk stand.

 Additional Identifier 

  •  The power switch is located on the top of the pod. 

 Q-Series Minnow Pod 

 You likely have a Q-Series pod if: 

  • Your pod has 7 usable cubbies.
  • There is a keyhole on the right side of the pod used to access Cubby 4.
  • If the touchscreen is  embedded directly into Cubby 4, it is displayed in landscape (horizontal) orientation.

  •  The power switch is located on the back of the pod.
